A typical newsletter will contain a “How to…” (using NLP and similar) e.g. how not to overeat or how to make your own subliminal CDs.

I’ll also provide a book review; announce anything in the media relevant to NLP (e.g. a repeat of Darren Browns’ TV programme ‘The Heist’ which has loads of NLP and Ericksonian Hypnotic language in it’ or an issue of Tesco’s magazine which had an article on NLP – great for newcomers and free!); announce anything else of interest I’ve noticed (e.g. a while ago CD sets of NLP Guru Anthony Robbins, worth £120, were on sale for around £20 on the internet); possible announcements re new NLP Practise groups; links to interesting sites (e.g. web site with video of Milton Erickson); and let you know about any events we have coming up such as open days and courses.
